Here are the letters that I spoke about on the old message board. The letters we received from the
EJRTC, and ours in response to their attorney from our attorney. The last one is a certificate that
the Secretary from The State of Idaho sent us, proving that the EJRTC is not Incorporated as they
state they are in their letter. We have always stated we will not get into battles with other people,
clubs, or respond to hate mail. We don't care what anybody else does or says, but it's getting very
old with me personally very fast!!!!!! I want to make one thing clear, we do this for the love of the
Shorts only, or you can bet we would not be trying to do the best we can for the dogs, and the
members. One thing that is being spread is that we are using their pedigree. The logo you see all
over our site is the logo on our pedigree, in 1999 when the Alliance was given it's birth, everything
changed. The dog depicted in the logo is a half a dog from Lesley Orr and my dog Short Stop
Christopher. We did this so NO ONE could ever say it was their dog!!!!! It is also being said, "that I
have said", I was a member of that organization. I have never been a member of that organization,
or have I had any of my dogs registered with them. Before the America Incorporated in December
1996, I was with the JRTCA. But, yes a lot of our members have at one time registered their dogs
with the other. If they want to state who they are, it's up to them. In addition, it has been said that
we are using their seal, this is also not true. Again we are not at war with them, nor do we care
what they do. But telling untruths needs to stop!!!

In addition: Jana Hollowensworth Crawford and I "Laurel Foster" started the EJRTCA Alliance in
1999. Michael and Avril Black were not, are not members of the EJRTCA!
