The AKC is accepting individual dogs now. You MUST have a pedigree where ALL of the back dogs in
the pedigree have been assigned numbers. We will provide numbers on all dogs for the three
generation pedigree that AKC requires from you.

pedigree to be (because it will be listed on the AKC pedigree to be sent in that way)

reason. The pedigree for the AKC must be surrendered to the AKC for their approval.

You must enclose a copy of the original EJRTCA pedigree with the proper fee. If you are a EJRTCA
Member the fee is $10.00, you must be a current (year to date) member. If you NOT a EJRTCA Member
the fee is $15.00. If you want to be a member the fee is $20.00 per year. If you are not in the USA, please
send a International Money Order in US FUNDS only......... Please make all funds out to the EJRTCA!!!!!!!!!
Your dog or dogs have to be registered first with the EJRTCA, before you can use this form to get an
AKC three generation pedigree. You can mail all forms, fees, pictures, etc; in at once, if your dog or
dogs are not registered with the EJRTCA at this time. But this form won't take place until your dogs
have EJRTCA papers first. If you need the EJRTCA forms also click here. If your dogs are already
registered with the EJRTCA then all you have to mail to Jana is this form per dog, a copy of your
pedigree per dog with the proper fee per dog. Please be patient on getting your pedigrees back from
Jana. It will take her time to get all of this done for you. Please remember you aren't the only one she is
doing this for. If you are sending in a hand written pedigree please print the names where Jana can
read them clearly. If she can't read the name correctly will will prolong the task of getting your
pedigrees done. In addition, if you don't send in everything that is requested it will also delay the
process.
